We had very enjoyable time at the hotel and would like to go back there again. Everything was perfectly fine, very supportive staff, stunningly beautiful views of the castle and water. The location was easy close to the City centre, minute walk from a stunning Medieval church. Well-equipped and themed room which had central heating, TV set, tea and coffee making facilities.

The rooms are spotless, stunning, and come with a kettle, central heating and a work desk. The best thing is location - just next door to the castle, the centre, pubs. Also, it's close to Conwy Castle.

Superb pizza & cozy vibes!
So we stayed for a night and it was kinda mixed. The pizza downstairs was seriously amazing. Our room was a bit worn out, and the carpet needed a clean. Plus, the shower head was a bit of a pain since it didn't fit right. Still, the staff were fab, especially Kate, and the breakfast surprise was a nice touch!

Family with kids will have a blast
The kids got to make their own pizzas while we had some amazing goats cheese and caramelized onion pie, seriously it blew my mind. Our server, Kate, was such a sweetheart, her smile and quick service.
It wasn't cheap, but for what we got, it was still worth it.

The Superior King Room features a unique in-room treat that added a personal touch to the stay. The location is prime, close to the city center with easy access to local attractions and dining.
The room had accessibility issues with sockets being hard to reach. Guests experienced a loud toilet noise after flushing that disrupted sleep, and the maintenance hadn't addressed the coffee machine despite prior requests. Breakfast left outside the door at 8:30 AM consisted of a simple croissant and a small bottle of juice, lacking substance. The TV fell off the wall initially, which caused concern about the room's upkeep. The dated decor and carpets on the stairs raised potential safety concerns due to tripping hazards.

The kids really enjoyed the interactive 'make your own pizza' experience.
The bathroom was freezing and had a broken blind that affected our comfort.

I had a really enjoyable time in a spotless Standard King Room, and I loved the communal balcony with beautiful views. The hotel also offered great opportunities to relax with comfy hammocks and a well-maintained garden area. The only downside was that the window didn’t open, so it felt a bit stuffy at times, but there was a big fan that helped out. 😊

The bed was super comfy and the room plus bathroom was real spacious. We loved that there was air con we could control. The coffee machine in room had plenty of choices. Breakfast was nice too, pretty good for a continental. Felt really relaxed !
Only thing was the drinks took way too long to come and the table was sticky when we sat down. Also slightly pricey for drinks like a can of pop.

great stay with minor room issues
The location near the town center made it easy to explore. The cleanliness of the standard king room impressed me.
The room could benefit from better soundproofing.
